Johnny Depp and girlfriend Vanessa Paradis have 12 years and 2 kids together, but don't expect wedding bells for these two anytime soon -- or ever, really. He has a long line of reasoning to back this up. Take a look:
Reason 1: "I'd be so scared of ruining her last name. She's got such a good last name," he said recently (via Us magazine).
Reason 2: "I never found myself needing that piece of paper."
Reason 3: "Marriage is really from soul to soul, heart to heart. You don't need somebody to say, okay you're married."
Reason 4: Vanessa doesn't seem to want to tie the knot, either. And, if she "wanted to get hitched," he'd probably do it.
